New Patients
When you schedule an appointment as a new patient, the following points will be reviewed with the receptionist:
Insurance (see below for a list of the insurance plans which are accepted by our practice).
- Are you in an HMO?
- Do you need/have a referral?
- Are testing codes included on the AETNA referral? 99499 IS NEEDED FROM AETNA FOR ALL TESTING.
- YOU MUST BRING YOUR INSURANCE CARD TO EACH AND EVERY VISIT ALONG WITH YOUR COPAY AND REFERRAL IF REQUIRED BY YOUR PLAN.

Our doctors and PA attend the Mt. Sinai Food Allergy programs to stay abreast of all food allergy news and research and to confer with experts there. They also attend programs at the Jaffe Food Allergy Institute.
