This is a typical 2 ounce bulb syringe, which is available from most pharmacies.  They usually cost a few dollars.  Most patients start doing nasal saline irrigations using a bulb syringe such as this.  For patients who wish to continue the nasal wash as a preventative or maintenance treatment, the Water-Pik with Grossan adapter method may be more appropriate as it is quicker and easier, as well as more effective.
